With convenience of the city in mind, this new home was built in the heart of downtown Cozumel in the historical section. This lovely home is a 5 minutes walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants, music and only 2 blocks from the ferry and the Sea blvd. where you can see the cruise ships, fishing piers, cafes and most beautiful sunset. You have your own private pool and hot tub and all the amenities of being in your own home.

This property provide a unique opportunity to feel at home in a beautiful island setting. Being close to the water, only 2 blocks away from the main water blvd., shops, restaurants, taxis that you don't even need to rent a car. Also all your water sports activities stores and providers are near by to help you plan for your vacation. The property manager Mrs. Lupita will be available to answer any questions you have and to help arrange for any activities or requests you need. Including Chefs, massage, fishing trips, snorkeling and diving excursions or any other activities. Also I could be reached at any time to assist with any of your needs.

Maid service is included in the rent 6 days a week. You can also arrange for additional services such as private Chef, Massage, car rental, Baby Sitting service...etc directly with Ms. Lupita your personal concierge.

Holiday to Remember!

I can say that every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. I am normally hesitant on all 5 star reviews. If it seems to good to be true it usually is. However I can see why all the reviews are so positive for this home. I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's and most strive for excellence, Lupita, Samar and Karina DEMAND it. We would absolutely recommend staying here for your vacation. We will be going back in the future. In fact we are already trying to make plans. I can't thank them enough for such an amazing experience!! If you are planning your vacation here, rest assured you will not be disappointed.

Let's start with communication. As soon as I booked, Samer, the owner reached out to me to offer talk about the property and the surrounding area. He set up a Whatsapp chat to stay in touch. He responded to every inquiry from our group and offered suggestions on restaurants and activities. He put us in touch with his on site manager, Lupita and the housekeeper Karina. Both were available, friendly and helpful. Karina kept the house immaculate and did laundry, an unexpected bonus. As for the house itself, it is beautiful. We had four couples on our trip. Each had their own bedroom with a queen size or better bed and their own bathroom. The house is spacious, open and light and has its own beautiful pool and outdoor space. A five star accommodation. The house is located close to the center of town, still it is quiet and safe. It is also close to restaurants, groceries (there is a small bodega across the street and a Mega just a few blocks away). It is a short 5-10 minute ride to the airport and five blocks from the ocean. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and highly recommend Samer and his beautiful home to anyone traveling to Cozumel. You can't go wrong picking this place.

The best VRBO I have ever stayed in

I can not say enough about how great this house was it way exceeded my expectations. When we arrived we were greeted fresh guacamole. The pool and hot tub and grill was amazing. There was even someone there to wash our clothes. If you are going to Cozumel you must stay in this house.

Spectacular home!

Our family of 11 stayed at the home for a Thanksgiving vacation. We had an age range of 10 to 83. Mr. Nasser emailed and talked with me on the phone several times in getting the rental of the house. Lupita met us at the house and answered all of our questions. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and excursions. Karina took care of us with laundry and dishes. We felt so very pampered and spoiled. Then Tony drove us around the island showing us off the beaten path gems of Cozumel. The home is stunning. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and yet still be together. The grand kiddos absolutely loved the pool. Each bedroom had its own private balcony looking into the beautifully landscaped backyard. The home is within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and taxis. The dogs that hang out on the roof of the house across the street are quite entertaining. We absolutely had one of our best vacations ever and it all started with the phenomenal staff. Rent this home and you will be overwhelmed and not ever want to leave.

Our experience started with a whole lot of communication from Samer and his team. Every detail was laid out and once we were onsite the house manager and house keeper were fantastic! Housekeeper Karina was very hands off unless you asked for help with anything. Sheade breakfast and prepared fresh fruit when we asked (we paid her for this service). Other than that she did a great job cleaning and maintaining the house daily!

Amazing place and host.

Samer and his team were awesome to work with. I was booking very last minute due to another property falling through, Samer was accommodating and so helpful with information about the neighborhood. The property is in a great spot, walking distance to tons of delicious food options and shopping, but far enough from the cruise ship traffic. Lupita and Karina took care of everything when we arrived and throughout our stay and Tony made sure we got to where we wanted to go safely and swiftly. It was a great trip and I would book again with Samer in a second.

Beautiful Property

This home with all of its amazing attention to detail made for a wonderful stay. There were a total of 5 women in Our group. We stayed for 5 days. We actually drove my SUV on the auto ferry from my home in Playacar. I’m glad we did as we drove to Corona Beach, less than a 20 minute drive, for a couple of days of our stay. The restaurants are within walking distance but admittedly not a short walk. With our vehicle though, it made it easy. Driving on Cozumel is pretty easy as well. This property is unquestionably one of the loveliest places I’ve stayed and I’ve been fortunate to have travelled many places. Lupita, the property manager is absolutely lovely and was very responsive to any queries. Karina, the housekeeper is also a fantastic lady. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. I hope we can go to this paradise home again soon. Thanks to Samir, Lupita and Karina for all your help and attention.

The Best Stay in Cozumel!!

WOW is what everyone in our group of 8 had to say about our stay at this home! I've stayed at dozens of rental properties but none came close to this experience. Lupita greeted us when we arrived with a full tour of the house to explain how everything worked. Great location, very clean, lots of great recommendations, and house is even bigger and better than pictured. Comfy beds and great A/C plus fans. Would highly recommend Emilio's sunset cruise (but he only takes pesos so make sure to exchange some in advance). We ate at Madera Azul and loved it so much we went back a second night. All of us got something different both nights and every single person enjoyed both meals (especially the pitchers of sangria)! House is across the street from a convenience store that we frequented to restock on beer, tequila, and snacks. We cannot wait to return to Cozumel and there's no better place to stay than here!

Lovely Vacation

Samer’s home is even more perfect than the pictures. Lupita is a lovely host and met all our needs. Karina was our wonderful housekeeper that kept everything clean, did our laundry daily, and ran some errands for us. She was like family. We spent most of our days at the Cabana Beach Club, which we loved. We also liked Buccano’s Beach Club as well. Our favorite restaurant was Bajau’s Seafood and Steakhouse. Highly recommend this property as it is modern, clean, spacious for your Cozumel stay. We definitely prefer Cozumel over Cancun/Playa now. We hope to be back soon. Thank you so much Samer, Lupita, and Karina.

Beautiful property and incredible experience

What a memorable Christmas holiday we had at this beautiful property in the heart of Cozumel. The owner Samer was very helpful from the start providing information and answering all of my questions even before I had booked the property. The house manager Señora Lupita was very helpful before and during our trip. She had all of our groceries waiting for us on our arrival. Señora Karina kept the house spotless on a daily basis, got us groceries whenever we requested, and made us wonderful breakfasts to order. Additionally, she is a lovely person and great to practice our Spanish with. The house is new and beautifully designed. It is very spacious and was perfect for our large group of 9 people. It is exactly as advertised. It is an easy walk a few blocks to the water and center of downtown. Also close to airport. We hope to return for a future vacation.

Amazing home and hospitality

This home is simply amazing; we wanted for nothing! The home is impeccably clean, modern, and perfectly maintained. The only thing that outshined the physical property, was the incredible hospitality of the host and his amazing staff! We will definitely return!

Casa en Cozumel excelente

Una gran casa, excelente ubicación. La tienen bien puesta y Karina la persona que ayuda en la limpieza muy amable al igual que Lupita la administradora y el dueño Samer! La alberca está un poco fría ya que no le da mucho tiempo el sol, pero todo excelente súper reocmendada!
