"Micheal went way beyond as I left something behind & he worked very hard to let me know. The cleaning team was kind and so helpful, offering to help me with my bags. The reception offered complimentary cold water & Bubly anytime. My room was newly renovated and way beyond expectations. Even heated floors in bathroom. Great location too. This village has a lot to offer! Great restaurants in walking distance & bakery!"

"When we got here the announced that thet have a no house keeping policy, but you get it on request. But even on request they failed to do it. We routinely had to beg for extra towels and toilet paper (they gave us 2 towels even though we were three).
Breakfast is terrible, not compared to actually good breakfasts but compared to other Best Westerns we have stayed at. Super poor selection and always the same thing. We stayed three nights and were so sick of it that we decided to go out our last...

"This is an older motel that has not been updated and in average repair. It is right next to the main highway, so quite noisy, and not in the best area of town.
On the positive side, the front staff were nice and the bed was relatively comfortable."
