We had two homeless people drinking outside our room at the table and chairs out front which we told the front desk when morning cam one was passed out on the table. "Staff and cleanliness were fantastic. They actually had a nice place to get water coffee tea and treats at all times which was so lovely. Also had a lounge to have Sherry with other guests from 5-7. Locations was great little extras they supplied was appreciated. Nice stay. The only thing I would say is you can hear other guests although everyone was respectful.
