Arrived at the location and saw gang graffiti and gang members outside an alley we had to drive through to get to the apartment. All parking options were full. "The place was clean and the owner always responded to any questions I had. The parking is in a very tight spot so don’t have any thing bigger than a car. And there’s no other parking around the place. "
