"My “compact double” was huge, it had even a separate dressing space! The room must have been redone quite lately as everything was so nice and everything was kept very clean. Service was impeccable during my whole stay, in the bar, the breakfast and especially in the reception. The location is the best possible; by the sea and buses leave 50 m from the doorstep. The only thing that disturbed me was that the room was pretty warm although I slept with the windows open. There was a fan, but at...

"Great place to stay with historic feel and lots close by. Staff was cordial and helpful. Good breakfast offered. Bear in mind there is no elevator so luggage carrying is a but dicey if you have heavy bags. "

"As soon as we artived the owner met us and took us ti our topm. Explained the entry procedure. The room was quite basic but clean and comfortable and more than acceptable for the price of the accomodation. The only slight doenside we were led to believe there was a bar and food but it is currently being reurbushed."

"My husband and I went for a Friday to Sunday weekend break. We had a wonderful time. The staff were amazing all so friendly, welcoming and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was beautiful and so cosy. The food and drink were excellent. We enjoyed it so much we cannot wait to return for another visit."

"Beautiful Hotel right in the middle of Corfe Castle. We had lovely rooms, the staff was very friendly, and we had a very good dinner and breakfast. Only a few steps from the railway station. There's quite a bit of traffic on the street, so it's not very quiet, and the WIFI on the second floor was weak."

"What a charming place! Our room was above the pub which had good food and drink. Even better, the pub closes at 11 pm every night so it’s quiet for sleeping. The breakfast was very good and the management super friendly and helpful. This place has a long and interesting history which it preserves in its pleasant decor. "

"Fantastic location & price, however no air con so studio was either very warm, or had to have the ceiling fan on with noise/pushing round warm air. Had an email from hotel to say they have discounted parking at nearby NCP, but was told no longer available "
