"Os funcionários da recepção são muito rudes e sem educação, te tratam como se estivessem fazendo um favor! A acomodação apresentava mofo e a viga de madeira do teto estava rachada/quebrada. O buffet do restaurante é péssimo! Sem opções e falta de higiene! No horário do café da manhã havia um funcionário limpando o congelador de sorvetes com um pano e torcendo o pano aonde estavam as conchas para pegar o sorvete!"

"The wifi is spotty.... But that's not why you're here on vacation. It's a beautiful all inclusive 3 restaurants. One is on the beach the grill, the Octopus is in the main part of the resort and the Italian restaurant is a short walk on the adjoining property by the adults pool. The main pool and swim up bar is very nice until early afternoon when you notice no one gets out to use the restroom. Time to get out and shower off then! The rooms are beautiful and well kept.
