We had problems with the heat during a very unusual cold weather spell and she was in constant communication with us till the problem was resolved. I believe she was away on her own vacation while dealing with this matter. "

We loved grilling out so much that we skipped going to dinner. The management responds quickly. The propane was out and they came right over to fix it. Highly recommend!"
