"Pros: good location, private parking, full kitchen, laundry machine, water hose to wash off everything
Cons: needs updating, a bigger tv- one tv in living room that’s a 30 inch
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a great location, had a full kitchen to make our meals. The bed was comfy. I just found it to be a bit pricy for how outdated the apartment was. I did message the host before arriving, but never heard back. Thankfully we figured it out!"

"We appreciated the closeness to town and view of the park and beach. Host staff was friendly and helpful. The condo room floors may have been swept, but needed a thorough mop. Walking across it in bare feet, they became dirty. Same with the entry and beside rugs which needed washing as testified by a touch to them. The town is interesting, but too many love bugs, etc. this time of year. The golf cart tour we arranged for Cedar Key was a highlight."

"The location was great. We had an upper floor room, that overlooks the waterway. Saw lots of interesting water birds. The walk down to town was about 1/2 mile. The rooms were comfy. Large kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Nice shower too. The bedroom mattress seemed to like a spring mattress, so it wasn't amazingly comfortable, but we slept fine. We didn't hear any traffic noise."

"It was very quite and peaceful; I look forward to returning and can highly recommend this property. Of note, there were flashlights everywhere which you rarely see and it was a comforting touch - the area around the house is pretty dark. We felt very safe with neighbors close by (but not too close!)
Beds were comfortable, amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen very well stocked with extra supplies in the garage.
The entire house was very clean!!!"

"Superb location for the art festival. Nice space. Beautifully decorated. Stairs are a little steep so take your time going up to the bedrooms on top floor and hold on the handrail. The top floor also slants. So if you drank too much you might not even notice it . I would definitely recommend it "

"The property was really very nice and we were very comfortable there. However, we felt a little deceived by the photos as we thought we had a waterfront view and that was not the case. We were also in the dark with check in when we got there thinking there was an office there so we had to message the owner for the code to gain access."
