Vilas em Costa Blanca,

"Casa Almareka ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Man merkt die Liebe, die Susan & Nick in dieses Haus stecken. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich, das Gelände ist groß und komplett eingezäunt. Man kann von außen nicht hineinschauen. Im Haus findet sich alles, was man brauchen könnte- von Föhn über Sonnenschirm bis hin zum Bügeleisen. Man hört den Verkehr schon ein wenig, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen! :-) "

"The villa is set in a lovely urbanisation which is well served by shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a pharmacy, vets and tobacco shop here. All are just 10 mins walk from the villa or two mins drive away. There is also a small enclosed dog walking area where you can let your pooches off the lead for a good run nearby. The villa was just as we expected and we enjoyed a fantastic month there. Any queries were quickly addressed by calling Andy who replied immediately. The surrounding area...

"This is the third visit and as ever the property was great. Fantastic pool with BBQ and outside shower & toilet, there was a lovely mix of shaded and sunny areas to suit everyone. The downstairs was spacious with plenty of different places to relax and eat. The master bedroom and en-suite is huge with great air conditioning and comfortable bed. Calpe is 10 mins easy drive away with plenty of supermarkets to choose from. We also enjoyed the beach front restaurants. Our friends enjoyed exploring...

"A great rental property with amazing ocean views. Pool was a good size, although deep for the majority (not so great for small children) but ok for a teenager. The location was good, being walkable to the beach and the town centre of Moraira. A car is needed if you wanted to go further afield and makes it easier for accessing the supermarkets for supplies, being a self-catering villa. "We had an amazing stay at the villa with our group of 9 friends. The place was spacious, clean, and perfect for a group getaway. We especially loved the pool, and the table tennis table kept us entertained for hours. The big dinner table outside was perfect for group meals and long evenings together. The beautiful view and greenery around the villa made the stay even more enjoyable. Agata the host was great at communicating and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!"
