Villa El Horreo Xabia is located in Panorama and features a step-free interior. Spread over two floors, the ground floor offers a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Upstairs, there is a bedroom, a full bathroom, a balcony, and a terrace, accessible only via an external staircase. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests.



Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls with a dedicated workspace, a TV with Spanish and French channels, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, a washing machine, and beach or pool towels. A cot is also available. Outside, you will find a private pool (6 x 11 x 2 m), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower with hot water.



A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Granadella Natural Park is 700 m away, offering hiking and mountain biking trails as well as a viewpoint. The property provides one covered parking space and several additional spots. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted.

The property follows waste separation guidelines, with information on site, and features energy-saving lighting. There is a fire extinguisher in the kitchen, as well as carbon monoxide, smoke, and heat detectors in every room and the living area.



Please note: Air conditioning and heating are not industrial and should not run at full power 24 hours a day. When you are not at home, turn off the equipment; if using heating, leave it on minimum to prevent damage and ensure proper functioning.
