"Excellent hotel! Seems to be a 2-generation family-run establishment. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! They definitely made me feel highly welcomed! "Parking was only ok because we arrived late in the day on a Saturday and were able to park on the street outside for free. Any other day and I think you’d have to pay to park on the high street. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Only stayed one night so no complaints. Pinos across the road was excellent for dinner. "

"A good overnight stop on our journey to the south coast! Very friendly staff in the bar welcomed us, and were extremely helpful. Nicely decorated and spacious rooms. A good choice of decent meals on the bar menu available in the pub, so convenient not having to dine elsewhere. Excellent value, and both the evening and morning staff were great. Yes, a bit of road noise, and extractor noise heard in our 2 rooms, but we are used to silent nights living in a rural location!"

"We had a lovely stay for one night. Room was pretty, clean and had everything we needed. We had a lovely dinner in the bar downstairs and a good breakfast although , i would say it finished quite early for a weekend. But all in all it was lovely."
