AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The primary den, dining and kitchen flow together in a grand space with shiplap detail and soaring ceiling on the first level of the two-story condo. The kitchen island seats three, while the cook enjoys stainless appliances and all pots, pans, utensils and other conveniences. A round dining table seats five in a dining . And everyone can gather in the den before a flatscreen TV. An impressive stairway leads upstairs to a second den with for an alternate gathering space where a pair of windows looks to Town Center.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, choose from two well-appointed king suites, with one opening to a spacious balcony/deck and both offering private bathrooms. A third, cozy bedroom on this level offers two twin beds, also with a private bath. Upstairs, the blue-themed primary king suite opens to its own private, top-floor deck and has convenient use of the upstairs den.

EXTRAS: Shiplap accent walls back some of the beds. The stacked washer-dryer in a laundry nook keeps resort-wear fresh. You’ll love the handsome entry nook that sets the coastal style upon arrival, and dedicated parking makes it easy to come and go.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND EVICTED.
This is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
