Beach Days & Fairways sits in a perfect location to venture out to the pristine beaches, tasty restaurants, and fun shops.

Inside, the beachy vibes continue with fun pops of blue and coastal decor while natural light streams through expansive windows. Kick back in the living area on the fun sectional and stream your favorite shows or movies on the TV. When everyone builds up an appetite, the full kitchen will beckon the group's chef to whip up tasty meals and snacks using stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, modern cookware, and a Keurig coffee pot. The picnic table will make for terrific outdoor dining. Plus, everyone can be a part of the conversation with island seating and an open layout seamlessly flowing from room to room. After a day at the beach, come back to spritz away the sand with the water hose next to the outdoor grill.

Palmilla Amenities include beach access, golf cart rentals, a golf course, two restaurants, a fitness center, and two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.Streaming is available with guests' own accounts.

Parking notes: Street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis; parking is not guaranteed.


Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
