AMENITIES: Cinnamon Shore North puts resort-style living right outside your door, with signature pools, scenic lakes, a fishing dock, community fire pits, a fitness center, and private dune crossovers. Little ones will love the pirate ship playground and other playscapes around property. When it's time to eat, visit one of our dining spots along with seasonal live music and events on holiday weekends. Don’t forget, amenities at Cinnamon Shore South are also yours to enjoy, including additional pools, lakes, and fitness centers.

One of the larger homes at Cinnamon Shore, the Stargazer’s grand corner lot means sea breezes and clear views abound from three levels of balconies and outdoor spaces. Inside this professionally-designed home, refreshed with new mattresses and furnishings in 2022, you’ll find four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a powder bath. Two living areas, a large dining table for ten, a bar, and gourmet kitchen offer space for everyone to spread out and enjoy life at the beach!

FIRST FLOOR: Enter from the front porch into a comfortable living room with flat screen smart TV, and a cozy twin nook built in under the stairs, perfect for reading or napping. This area serves as a lounge or the perfect ‘kid living room’ for those staying on the first floor. Sleeping quarters on this floor include a queen bedroom with new mattress, en-suite bathroom, plus a nautical-themed bunk room, which can sleep up to five, with a dedicated bathroom. A large laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer and plenty of hooks for towels completes the floor.

SECOND FLOOR: Relax in the primary gathering space, with an open-concept kitchen, living room with SONOS speakers and oversized Smart TV, and dining area. Vaulted, wood-paneled ceilings with exposed beams make this spacious room feel endless. The large farm table seats ten for meals or playing one of the many board games offered, and there’s room for three more on bar stools at the kitchen island. A separate buffet with wine fridge makes entertaining easy, while a gas range, stainless steel appliances and a built-in ice maker await the chef in your group! The large, wrap-around deck expands the main living space to the outdoors, where a gas grill and an outdoor dining area offers another place to serve.

Cinnamon Shore South and Cinnamon Shore North are located approximately 1.5 miles apart. Guests staying at one community will need to drive to access the other's amenities.
