"Staff was nice at check in. Room was not very clean, hairs and half eyelashes by the restroom, towels only 2. The hallway to the rooms looked like a dead animal was dragged. The worst part is the noise from the freeway, it was so bad, the rooms are not sound proof at all, felt like the window was open and all the noise was loud. It was not a good experience. The staff was limited to supplies also, and only driveup window at check out."

"The whole experience was horrible. Parking was horrible and changed our rooms from king to 2 queens. I made reservations ahead of time but they changed it. Gave us a handicap room. I will not go back."
