There is a sitting room with a book cabinet and dining room with new gas stove/fireplace. The front porch has outdoor seating, as does the large yard in the back. The yard features an outdoor gas grill, a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, and ample parking. There is high speed WiFi and washer/dryer. We recently installed a water filtration system throughout the house to insure our water is safe and odorless.
