"The place was clean and very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We had the back upstairs apartment. Kitchen had major appliances and basic cooking items, but some expected items were not provided (for example, a grill was provided, but grilling utensils were not). Comfortable bed. Convenient parking right outside apartment door. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Ten-minute drive to CASV. We would stay again, given the opportunity."

"We were a small group of baseball parents spending the week watching our kids play at the Cooperstown All Star Village. This apartment was very clean, comfortable and well stocked for our needs. It was conveniently close to the CASV grounds making it easy to go back and forth between games. The hosts were easy to communicate with and readily available (not that we had any issues or needs). I would highly recommend this accommodation, especially for baseball parents."

"I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! "We were in Cooperstown for my son's little league tourney. Decided to stay here about 25 mins out of town instead of the Holiday Inn Express with the rest of the families. Enjoyed the drive and the view of the lake and also being able to have a full size fridge and washer and dryer. Also, had 2 bedrooms. Our 25-yr old daughter came up for a couple of days, so didn;t have to get an extra hotel room. Great host. Super friendly."
