The property is a modern 2-bedroom condo located in a beautiful suburban neighborhood in Conyers. The condo has high-speed internet, newly remodeled bathrooms, and new hardwood floors. Guests can expect a comfortable and luxurious stay whether it's a short or long-term rental.

You will have access to the whole house/ unit. If reserved, it will be available for you and your guests ONLY. All areas are private and not shared with me or any other guests.



You should receive your keyless entry code before 3 PM on the day of your arrival.

The area is rich in history, and the downtown area is home to many historic buildings and landmarks, such as the Olde Town Pavilion and the Rockdale County Courthouse. Additionally, there are plenty of outdoor spaces available for residents and visitors, including the popular Olde Town Conyers Trail, where people can bike, jog, or walk, as well as the scenic Milstead Park, perfect for a relaxing day out.



Getting Around:

Guests can easily get around the neighborhood on foot due to its highly walkable location. However, if guests prefer to use public transportation, there are several bus stops located within the vicinity of the property. Additionally, for those who prefer to drive, the property does have one designated parking space, but guests should be able to find street parking nearby.
