"My wife and myself have rented many VRBO properties and have a top raying as guest. Unfortunately after driving for eight hours we found out the access code to the property did not work. The host did not respond to our messaging. We called vrbo customer service, they could not contact the host either. "We had an amazing time... Our entire stay was like vacation away from home at home..... Very cozy, relaxing and many things to do in the surrounding area. Zack and his wife were very kind and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed and more they definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.... We even got a welcome basket which was super cute ... This is definitely our go to spot whenever we are in GA!!!!! "

"Do NOT rent this place. The host reached out to me on the very day i was to check in to tell me about a safety concern with the floor and then when i expressed concern about staying there refused to let me out of the reservation and to give me a credit. Just trust me, don’t stay there. "

"The property clearly needs cleaning, the floors and couch were visibly dirty. There were stains on pillowcases, spider webs throughout the house and one of the beds was very uncomfortable to sleep on. If you appreciate cleanliness and comfort, this is not a place for you."
