"Good location, we walked to the Reds ballpark but there was also a cheap shuttle option right outside the hotel. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. All staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine. Our room had a couple minor maintenance issues we didn't bring up until checkout but overall recommend for a budget friendly option!"

"Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. "

"We had a great overnight stay, just passing thru the area. The Inn is celebrating 100 years this year. We love staying in historic hotels. Very charming, safe neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. Very small refrigerator in room. Hidden television behind canvas painting in the room to keep with the historic charm. "Our room was clean, workers helpful and pleasant, pool was shut down our last day there so completely bummed as that’s what we had planned after we went to the game. They stress it is a no party, no smoking hotel however we smelled marijuana the ENTIRE time we were there. The elevators were STRONG, and the top floor must be the pot floor"

"I really don’t know why this hotel has so many positive reviews.Its greater advantage is the location - in a walking distance to Aquarium - and the hotel seems to be new. But that’s all. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers; there is no safe box in the rooms, very poor breakfast, no daily cleaning, no room service, and has a paid self parking lot with no security. "No hand soap in room upon arrival. Bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. The line for check in was almost out the door. We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time? The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. Taking orders/register & making all the drinks. 2 people should’ve been back...
