"Anytime I’m in Cincinnati visiting my son at college I stay here. The staff is so accommodating like the best I’ve ever seen. They have secure parking in a garage that you can park your car even before your room is ready and if they have availability, late checkout of noon. which is really nice."

"This place is amazing! It has plenty of character and is not a cookie cutter hotel by any means. The room had an incredible hydrowall shower, exposed brick wall, beautifully elegant lighting fixture over the bed, and a very comfy mattress. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the location was great if you're in town to catch a Reds game, plenty of places to eat within walking distance (safe to walk around after the ballpark crowd has cleared out). Definitely worth the stay and I'll be back...

"The room was dirty. The carpet was well outdated stinky and brown. There was some sort of bug on one of the beds so of course we checked all of the bedding and mattresses only to find nasty brown spots between both box springs and covers. No bugs thankfully. The tv was outdated as well. The indoor pool was supposed to be the highlight of this stay but it was unbearably cold and far from relaxing. They could have possibly made up for that by having a hot tub to enjoy but they didn’t have one....
