"Good location, we walked to the Reds ballpark but there was also a cheap shuttle option right outside the hotel. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. All staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine. Our room had a couple minor maintenance issues we didn't bring up until checkout but overall recommend for a budget friendly option!"

The hotel is overpriced for what it offers; there is no safe box in the rooms, very poor breakfast, no daily cleaning, no room service, and has a paid self parking lot with no security. "Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. "

"We had a great overnight stay, just passing thru the area. The Inn is celebrating 100 years this year. We love staying in historic hotels. Very charming, safe neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. Very small refrigerator in room. Hidden television behind canvas painting in the room to keep with the historic charm. "No hand soap in room upon arrival. Bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. The line for check in was almost out the door. We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time? The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. Taking orders/register & making all the drinks. 2 people should’ve been back...
