"Staff was very friendly and willing to work with you. I had a booking issue where I thought I booked a king suite but was given a king standard. The person on duty when we checked in was able to get us into a king suite very quickly. She was very pleasant to work with. I felt every employee I encountered at the hotel was professional and friendly."

"Outstanding staff. Front Desk Debby made me feel at home and very welcome to be their guest at their facility. My room was very clean and comfortable. I slept like a baby. The Shower was awesome, very amazing and made me feel so relaxed that I didn't want to leave the shower; It helped energize my day. Air conditioning worked very well. "Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. "
