"I really don’t know why this hotel has so many positive reviews.Its greater advantage is the location - in a walking distance to Aquarium - and the hotel seems to be new. But that’s all.
The hotel is overpriced for what it offers; there is no safe box in the rooms, very poor breakfast, no daily cleaning, no room service, and has a paid self parking lot with no security.

"Great location, within walking distance to multiple restaurants and the Reds Stadium. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The bar and restaurant area off from the lobby was a great place to end our day with a cocktail. The breakfast bar was well stocked and had a variety of breakfast items to choose from. The only down side was the walls were thin, which is true for many hotels. We could hear our neighbors next to us and above us. "

"The check-in was easy and they let us check-in early which was amazing. The breakfast selection was quite wonderful for an included breakfast. My biggest complaint was they deactivated my room key before 11am (checkout). It went to pack the car and couldn’t get back into my room to get the rest of my things. It was 10:45! I had to ask housekeeping to let me in."

"Parking is pricey. No discount if staying multiple night. Cheapest toilet paper know to man. One of our bathroom doors was almost impossible to shut. Pool was so over filled that when a child got in, water ran over the sides. Water coming up through skimmer basket flooding the floor, very dangerous just walking. Reported the issue and nothing came from it. Truthfully, I’ve stayed in Choice Hotels, that were every bit as nice and had better toilet paper."

"My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful.
