"Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. "

"The hot tub didn’t work. I had to wait 30 mins to get help at the front desk. They never cleaned our room or gave us fresh towels."

"Our room was not clean when we arrived. For a hotel to charge for parking, you would think some of those funds would go to security, however we went out to find that 16 cars had been broken into the morning we left. No one from the hotel notified us, instead we met with police officers that were in the garage that informed us of what happened. We won't be back."

"No hand soap in room upon arrival. Bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. The line for check in was almost out the door. We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time? The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed.
