"Staff was very friendly and willing to work with you. I had a booking issue where I thought I booked a king suite but was given a king standard. The person on duty when we checked in was able to get us into a king suite very quickly. She was very pleasant to work with. I felt every employee I encountered at the hotel was professional and friendly."

"Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. "

"We had a great overnight stay, just passing thru the area. The Inn is celebrating 100 years this year. We love staying in historic hotels. Very charming, safe neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. Very small refrigerator in room. Hidden television behind canvas painting in the room to keep with the historic charm. The shower was updated and never ran out of hot water. We checked in late at night and the woman working at the front desk was very nice and gave us recommendations around the...

"Hotel bom. Quarto amplo e confortável. Muito próximo dos dois estádios (baseball e football). Próximo do Riverside. Tinha bastante obra de infraestrutura na redondeza. Localização boa para conhecer de carro as atrações ao redor de Cincinnati. "

"The room was good. Adequate size and clean. The in-house restaurant was good also. My only complaint was the fire alarm going off very early morning on all the days I was there. There was never an announcement the alarm would just as turn off. When inquired at the front the desk they would answer very casually the kitchen alarm is very sensitive nothing more"
