"Clean, nice setup, good layout for 2 small groups to do their own thing. Hot rub was wonderful. Not enough plates, utensils, glasses, etc. Not a big deal, just running dishwasher more frequently.Would book again."

"The house was lovely and the kitchen was well-appointed. We had an issue with low temperature in the hot tub as well as not being able to find the separate towels for the hot tub. I messaged the host through the app and sent a text message to the number provided. I did not receive a response until the day we were checking out. Luckily, we were able to figure out the hot tub mode and were able to enjoy it, but we never found the pool towels. I did receive messages from the host asking if...

Unfortunately, the positives were overshadowed by issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived. There was no toilet paper provided in the home, which is a basic necessity that every rental should have. Even more concerning, the bathtub leaked so badly that the entire bathroom floor was soaked when we arrived. (And making it impossible to feel safe enough to use the shower.)...
