It features two large couches, two accent chairs, and a fireplace. For entertainment, a 50` Fire TV with Netflix and Disney+ is ready to play your favorite shows, and a nearby closet holds board games and puzzles.

The Dining Room: As charming as a dining room gets, this space seats up to 8 people (ideally 6) and is beautifully decorated with plants and knick-knacks. Like the living room, it lets in beautiful, soft light most of the day and includes a high-chair for those traveling with young ones.

The Kitchen: Fully stocked for any meal you wish to prepare during your stay, this kitchen includes silverware, plates, cups, mugs, cooking utensils, baking sheets, pots, pans, bowls, spices, oil, and more. It also features a 12-cup coffee maker and an electric kettle for tea lovers.

Kayaking: The Conestoga River is just across the road from the village, a one-minute drive, making it ideal for kayaking. It`s easy to launch from Safe Harbor Park, and from the Conestoga, you can easily access the Susquehanna River, into which it flows. If you have a boat, the Pequea Boat Launch is just 10 minutes away.

Guest Access
You will have the entire home to yourself, including the side yard, front yard, and backyard. The hot tub is entirely private and exclusively for your use.

The home is located in a historic `hamlet` called Safe Harbor Village, built in the 1930s. The neighborhood is extremely peaceful and quiet. There are sidewalks all throughout the village, walking trails in the nearby forest, and a local park across the street. Both vehicular and pedestrian traffic is minimal.

• Pet fees must be paid prior to arrival and noted on your reservation.
• Cellular connection: Depending on your provider, you may have little to no cell service in the village where the home is located. Verizon customers usually experience more issues here than AT&T or T-Mobile.
• Two parking spaces are available for guests: one in front of the garage, and the other directly facing the rear yard next to the garage.
