The front yard has a great man cave/party area, with super cute outdoor bar with fun tractor seats and a great fire pit. Watch the kids play horseshoes from the many outdoor seating areas. There are 2 barbecue smokers for making big family dinners. Close enough for you to walk to the river and cool off!

Monte Vista is a popular cabin full of charm and fun decor. This rustic two story cabins interior has an open floor plan, with large family kitchen, dining room and comfortable sofas under vaulted living room ceiling.

This relaxing cabins master bedroom and bath are downstairs, with super cute upstairs bedroom and charming loft upstairs with bath. Great price for the close river location (less than 1 minute drive to the 2nd crossing) this cabin is perfect for floating. Sheets and towels are not provided, but can be for an additional fee if ordered 2 weeks prior to arrival.

The Frio Country store is a short 3 minute walk for ice cream and snacks. Outside sit by the fire pit and have a few drinks at the outdoor bar, while you enjoy the stars and Frio life.
