"Enjoyed our short stay here. Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future"

"The apartment was very spacious and clean. The location is excellent, very close to lots of restaurants, and historic sites. The parking is first come first serve and there are only 2 designated spots, which can be a little bit inconvenient since some of the other visitors park their car and never leave."

"The hosts are super and the space is gorgeous. It is the perfect place for a stay at the beach. Everything in the kitchen is setup for cooking an easy meal. At night there is a big TV for family movie, comfortable beds for sleeping. Mornings coffee is provided , so you can drinking coffee and looking out at the beautiful trees. "All of us agreed it was definitely one of the better Vrbo stays we have been in. It’s a cozy weekend stay with good air conditioning and amenities. The instructions to enter were clear enough that it was easy to enter and start our stay. The shower was pleasant. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels were provided, which was unanticipated but nice! The fridge and extra closet space was nice and the desks and tv were nice for getting some work done."
