"Great stay in a beautiful town. This was perfect home for a father/daughter getaway, we had our own spaces. He stayed in the main house as he is an early riser, he could get up and make coffee and move about while I slept in the studio bedroom just steps away. I would recommend ear plugs as Saturday evening you could hear all the people walking the streets and traffic. There is also a church close by and the bells rang every hour. "The place was spotless and charming! Very peaceful and lovely neighborhood but walkable to town. The best of both worlds. Hosts were very receptive and clear w all instructions and easy to contact at all times. Highly recommend this home for a stay in Newport!"

"This home is a wonderful location for a visit to Narrangansett and activities nearby, including easily walkable to the beach! The house was very clean, had comfortable beds, and was very spacious. The large yard was relaxing, with two large tables to enjoy breakfast and other outdoor meals together. We also appreciated that there was lots of parking available at the house. "We booked this property months in advance specifically because the listing stated it slept 5. After we booked, the listing was changed (at various points it showed “sleeps 2” or “sleeps 4”) and the price dropped. Despite the confusion, we kept our reservation.When we arrived, there were not enough towels or bedding for 5 people. One person on the trundle had no bedding at all. "We had a wonderful stay at this home for a weekend with family. The location was perfect and convenient to Newport and the University of Rhode Island. The house was very clean and newly renovated and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was excellent and the entire experience was a wonderful one! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a great family getaway."

"The property was very nice and accommodated us well. We had a wonderful family reunion and enjoyed the location of the house which was close to the beach and in a nice neighborhood. The outdoor space was great! The park was nearby and very nice as well. My two comments would be the kitchen prep area was smaller than expected. We did pay for a late checkout but received a text our last morning that we were to check out at 10 am. , which was unexpected and had us hustling to get everything in...
