"This place was the perfect cozy retreat with clean and comfortable rooms and plenty of space to relax. We loved seeing the deer family that seemed to love the yard next-door. Perfect pricing for the location too! Only recommendations would be to add a little more privacy curtains to the front door but other than that perfect (kids are definitely audible but I think it was sweet) thanks! "

"We stayed at the Toadhaus when our dog needed heart surgery at UGA. It was a very stressfull time but having a great place to stay was something we didn't have to stress about. The studio was clean, quiet, safe and private. It was conveniently located, just a short drive anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend staying here. "
