"Wonderful property to enjoy. The host was amazing, the cabin was immaculate, and the personal touches for our anniversary was so thoughtful. I you stay here, you won't regret it."

"Enjoyable stay. Plenty of room."

"Highly recommend! Gracey is awesome!"

"The home was quaint and had a lot of charm, and overall we enjoyed our stay. The main areas such as kitchen, and bathrooms were clean and appeared to be well maintained. The check-in process could have been a little more organized. All other VRBO stays we've encountered, you would typically receive check-in instructions and access information automatically on the day of arrival and there would for some type of information regarding Wi-Fi and check out procedures in the property. In this case, we...

"Clean modern new 2nd floor with kitchen/living room & bedroom with en-suite bath. Up 1 flight of steps to enter. Parking in driveway was convenient as was washer/dryer unit immediately outside door. Street had traffic passing through but not a major concern. Mostly small industry close by but no walkable nearby coffee shops or restaurants. Garbage cans were in front of sign for parking but I figured out where I was to park."

"If you plan to spend a football weekend at this property, plan to contend with a building full of noisy, rowdy, perhaps drunken students with cleanliness standards far below your own. These rooms are located in a large complex of apartments that caters to students, and it shows. Empty liquor bottles and pizza boxes, outdoor detritus (leaves and mud), and discarded amazon boxes litter the communal areas such as the lobby and game room. The check-in process is laborious and labyrinthine, and...

"Property was clean and modern. Location is great in the middle of Bloomington but that comes with a lot of late night noise on busy party weekends. We used the unit because it had a kitchen and we needed to bake and cook for an IU football tailgate party. There was hardly any baking items in the unit. No baking sheets, pans, mixing bowls, or oven mitts to remove hot items. Additionally, there were no dish cloths or towels to do the dishes that we needed to reuse for cooking. I had...

"The room was exactly as advertised... clean, spacious, bright and chic. Nice location right on the town square! Was very comfortable. Great shower! I'd stay again.Young people from around town are rowdy outside at night, so be aware of that. You can hear them a little bit outside till the wee morning hours. That might have only been because it's summer when there are no classes."

"Rick was very responsive and was able to accommodate us since our dates changed. The house was great and very clean. When I come back, I will be staying with Rick once again.[😎 Awesome, Abel! So glad it all worked out when your dates shifted — happy to make that easy! And great and very clean is exactly what we aim for. It means a lot that you'll stay with us again when you're back in town — I'll have it ready for you! Thank you so much for the 5-star review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Any suggestions for the...

"Great place in a very convenient location to downtown. Easy to walk around and see the sights."

"We will definitely rent again, the next time we are in the area. There are steps to the main level and bottom floor, so keep that in mind if you have someone that can't do stairs! Nice and clean and had fun IU decor! Easy access, close to everything and great parking area."
