"We booked a last minute family trip with our 5yo twins and 12yo son. The kids LOVED the rustic cabin and argued who was going to sleep on the top bunk. The bunk beds are actually 2 full sized beds. We took the kids horse back trail riding at "Grandpa Jeff's Trail Rides" which was very reasonably priced and only 10min from the cabin. The kids LOVED fishing from the dock in the evenings and roasting marshmallows by the fire. It was a very relaxing 3 night stay. Highly recommend!!"

"Our stay at Adventurewood was great! Our family of five was very comfortable here and commented that it seems like everything has been thought of in this cabin. Wonderful accommodations. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, fire pit and front porch. We had a minor issue come up during our week here and Jeff took care of it right away. We hope to return!"

"The view is amazing! We caught so many fish and enjoyed other wildlife that the area had to offer. I was especially impressed with the amenities! Extra towels, on site washer/dryer, fire pit, plenty of throw blankets and extra linen...we've stayed in places with far less that cost far more. The hot tub was an added bonus that we enjoyed each evening. Only issue was inability to always get wireless internet, which interfered with television access, but there was so much to see and do, it wasn't...

"This was exactly what my husband and I were looking for! A quiet stay in the middle of nowhere! I didn’t read enough details (totally my fault) so I didn’t realize there was only a mini fridge and microwave but we made it work! Very clean and well kept, and the other people that were staying were quiet and respectful. Highly recommend!"

"Wonderful location. The loft cabin lake house was well supplied including pots and pans and I ended up overpacking after reading previous reviews. Charcoal grill was small but considering it’s not meant for a huge crowd anyways I was able to make a nice meal for family of 4. The hot tub was clean and worked well. The location was 15 minutes down a winding gravel road I was not aware of that. Very peaceful beautiful place to relax and not too far from small town shops. "

"We loved our stay in suite 1. It was a holiday weekend, so the designated parking place was great to have. The property is right in the heart of everything. It looked as if the stairs had just been rebuilt and some work had been done to the suite. This was perfect for my husband and I and was a nice slowdown to our everyday lives! "

"Absolutely beautiful property. The host goes above and beyond with amenities: kitchenware, snacks, toiletries, so thought out! We would absolutely stay here again. It is a cabin so there were a fair amount of spider webs and dust. Lots of the carpets are very stained but clean. Outdoor area not very kept up but if you’re willing to wipe down some tables yourself it’s comfortably enough. "

"Very nice property on the Lake (down the hill) in a remote part of Brown County only fifteen minutes from the TC Steele historical site. Very quiet and lots of birds to watch or listen to. Stayed during hot week and cabin was very comfortable. Practical kitchen, dining and living areas. Porch (covered and uncovered) would be great during other times of the year. "

"We enjoyed the peaceful cabin stay. It was convenient for our small bachelorette group to get into town for our activities and then come back and relax. "A lovely little hide-a-way! Perfect location to town. It felt like we were in the woods but just around the corner from downtown. Decorated and updated so nicely! Outside are is awesome with hot tub and fire pit (wood supplied)! We loved it! If I’m being super picky…the smaller bed was not as comfortable as the king sized bed and the kitchen could use a few more small to medium casserole dishes to cook in the microwave or oven—but that is being super picky. We will definitely be back! Went...
