The Space: Welcome to our inviting two-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath property in Colorado Springs, Colorado, the perfect destination for your Colorado getaway. The master bedroom (Bedroom 1) upstairs features a comfortable king-sized bed with all the essentials, including comforters, pillows, and extra blankets. Bedroom 2 on the main level offers a queen-sized bed and the same cozy amenities. Additionally, we have a separate suite (Bedroom 3) nestled in our backyard for added privacy. You'll find this space well-equipped with ceiling fans, window coverings, and ample storage. In addition to the comfortable bedrooms, we provide a dedicated office room for your convenience. Our fully equipped kitchen ensures you have all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Type of Cooling for the Home Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
