🅿️ Parking You’ll have access to two clearly labeled parking spaces: one inside the detached garage (marked with Unit A on the garage door) and one directly behind it. Vermijo Flat is located in the private upstairs apartment above the garage, with entry just steps from your assigned spots.
Guest Access: 🔑 Guests have full access to the upper-level apartment Unit #A, including all rooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and laundry area. The backyard is shared only with the downstairs unit in the duplex, offering a comfortable space to enjoy the outdoors. Please note that there is a separate patio area adjacent to the backyard that is reserved exclusively for the downstairs unit. Two clearly marked parking spots are available: one in the garage and one directly behind it. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee $20 per half hour late.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
