Centrally located! The specious, bright, clean and modern villa offers full kitchen, plenty space to relax or to get your yoga session in. With a King suite & designated work area, it is a Premier Workcation Spot. The sleeper sofa is an excellent addition for traveling companion. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
The outdoor offers great views and covered patio - breathe in the fresh air while sipping freshly brewed coffee or tea. No interaction with host is required.

1 bedroom, huge living area and 1 bathroom. 1 King bed and a sleeper sofa that opens up close to Queen Size Bed.

The full Kitchen (full stove and oven for baker lovers!) with full fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, full sink, electric hot water kettle, coffee makers (Keurig and drip - see pictures for details), toaster oven, and omelet maker. Full set of cooking utensils, pots and pans, including frying pan.

The bathroom offers double headed shower and a sitting "shelf". Home Theater with projector, TV, and a couch. Fireplace for chilly nights or to enjoy during the movie night. Great backyard area with outdoor smoking permitted (except when outlawed by burn bans). Covered patio has porch, a hammock and other patio furniture.

The home is occupied by the host family, with 1 child. We do our best to keep things quiet, but you are likely to hear host family from time to time. We provide noise machines and a portable Bluetooth music box to help offset that. We welcome dogs and children of any age!

Guest suite is within walking distance from a family friendly park, scenic walking trails, a coffee shop and a Walgreens.

Centrally located: close to hiking trails, parks, playgrounds (just 5 mts walk), downtown, restaurants, movie theaters, mini-golf, bowling, shopping, hospitals, & grocery stores!

In the middle of all bases: USAFA, Peterson SFB, Schriever SFB, Cheyenne Mountains SFS, Ft Carson.

Basement Villa apartment, garden, and covered sitting area with patio furniture, for the exclusive use of guests.

This is a private basement apartment in a residential home, and you may see the host from time to time. The host may need to access the garden for mowing of the lawn or maintenance of sprinklers. Host is friendly and easy to get along with but wants to respect your privacy.

From time to time, the family has a dog on premises. He is old and keeps to himself, although he is extremely friendly in case you want to say hi!

Access to the guest Villa is via a side gate and through the backyard patio. Key to the suite is placed in a lockbox for contactless checkin. You may check-in using this private entry after 4pm on the day of your check-in (or sooner, if available).

Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noises down before 7am & after 9pm.

"Pack and play" and high chair can be provided upon request.

Age appropriate toys provided. We usually have something we can leave! Please let us know children's age.

Outdoor smoking permitted (no indoor smoking). Please let us know if you need an ash tray. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Driveway parking is available. There is plenty of street parking in addition to driveway. The street is quiet, and parking is not an issue.
