"The breakfast in the morning was great always stocked and fresh.The cleaning crew was excellent they help with anything i needed.The pool and hot tub area was always clean and the only problem waa the hot tub on our last night wouldnt heat up but that was the only issue with that area. The only thing i had a problem with was one woman at your front desk that i checked in with and out with was very rude when i checked in and also when i went to the desk the next day to ask for some more coffee...

"Pros: The room was wonderful, comfy bed, everything anyone could need, full size refrigerator, microwave, cookware, silverware, glasses, etc. , television ( small choice of channels) bring ur sign in information for ur premium channels,
Cons: more handicap parking needed, more channels on television needed, breakfast set up was nice, but was cold, selections could have been better, not as nice as other hotels I've been at....If there was a pool i didnt see it...a map of location would be nice,...

"Parking was private and super easy. Room 6 was large, spacious and very nicely accommodating.
Shower was larger than expected with excellent water pressure.
Location is near a very busy intersection with views of the water, the swing bridge, and lots of action but so worth it to be part of it all for downtown’s hustle and bustle of small town Beaufort, SC. Almost walking distance to everything. A great place to stay."

"This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. "

"Indoor pool was closed. Room was dirty. Shower looked like it was growing mold in the corners. Shower head had no pressure. Not enough towels in the room for my family. Pull out couch was disgusting and probably never vaccumed. "

"The resort was beautiful and clean. Great beach good food at the restaurants. The pools were cold and we were there mid April. The kids didn’t even want to go in the pools. They need to work on heating these pools. The front desk was severely understaffed, but they were super friendly. The elevators were down three times and our six night stay. "
