"Disappointing stay raised with the manager but no meaningful resolution. The staff were friendly and the room had some positives, including clean linen, a good-sized TV and convenient parking, but unfortunately the overall experience was very poor. The hotel felt in need of a thorough clean and better maintenance. There was thick dust on ledges and surfaces, smeared glass, sticky breakfast tables, dusty artificial plants and noticeable limescale in the bathroom. The extractor fan did not work,...

"The room had everything we needed, and we managed to get extra coffee when we required it. The staff were very helpful and made our visit run smoothly. For our stay, the air conditioning in the room was a bonus, as it was during a very hot spell. We didn't watch the TV, but it looked to have everything you might need on there. "The place is amazing, for sure it has become my favorite hotel in Stroud. Location is good, around 20 minutes walk to town center. The rooms are incredibly, very spacious and well mantained with some very welcomed perks as a nespresso machine and a wireless speaker. The restaurant serves very good food during the day and breakfest is also delicious! Will be back many times!"
