Rose Lake, Cottage with Pontoon, Coldwater, Michigan (aka Lake of the Woods)

Beautiful 1900 sq. ft., 120 ft. Lake front cottage on Rose Lake, also known as Lake of the Woods. Pontoon boat included with cottage rental! The pontoon is a 2011 Avalon that seats 10. The boat is equipped with 10 life vest. Dock space for your extras: speedboat/jet ski etc. Sleeps 10, Master/King with spectacular lake view, open to master bath with double sink and walk in closet. 2nd bedroom/queen, 3rd bedroom double bunks (sleeps 4). 2nd full bath with tub/shower. Laundry room with new washer/dryer, with attached half bath. Kitchen has a large island, dishwasher, microwave, range oven/stove top, large refrigerator and is open to family area with large sectional/sleeper sofa. Great views of lake from family area with sliding door entry to upper level deck. Our basement is an additional entertainment area/game room which includes a foosball table, table/chairs with a beach theme to relax in after a long day on the lake! Two kayaks, one paddle board and access to: Gaga ball pit, volleyball net, and boat ramp. Towels and bedding included.

This is our second year staying at this lovely lake home. The setting is beautiful, the home is very comfortable and clean, we so appreciate this property. Well kept up and very nicely appointed. The lake is lovely, so great to have the pontoon boat included so my husband was able to fish. We hope that we will be able to return again next year! Peaceful setting to return to again and again!

Iā€™m loathe to give this wonderful gem such a glowing and fabulous review as Iā€™ll never be able to book it again! Quaint-the complete experience was flawless and the pictures canā€™t convey the clean and simple functionality and comfort of this little beach house. Be back soon to visit the grandchildren again. Canā€™t wait!

Our family has rented this cottage for the past few years. The place is always clean when we arrive and the owners have been wonderful to work with. We are a rather large crew and Eric and Devin have been very accommodating to our large family. Beautiful frontage and a large yard to play games with the family. We look forward to returning again next year.

3 friends spent a fabulous week relaxing in a very comfortable cottage. Cottage was stay ready, really just food and personal items were needed. Pontoon boat was so comfortable and started right up. We loved the porch and rockers every morning and evening! Would highly recommend this cottage! Thanks for a great stay.

Such a wonderful home in an ideal setting, we so enjoyed ourselves. Loved the fact that the pontoon boat was included, my husband truly enjoyed getting out fishing. Praying we will be able to get back to this location soon.

Our family has rented this cottage now for the past 3 years. It is a wonderful place to rent. Very clean, nice lake frontage and the owners are very helpful if you have any issues. We love renting here and will be back again!

We spent the week here last week. The property is immaculate. I have never seen a VRBO property as updated and clean as this. And that is not to say other properties are horrid, this property is just exceptional. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen and laundry. The view from the living room, the deck, the back yard, and the pontoon boat make this a great choice for you and your family! We were able to catch many different types of fish each day, go for boat rides morning and night, and swim in the cool waters of the deep lake just around the corner from the dock. The owners were super helpful and have a place nearby which was reassuring. You won't be disappointed!

The setting of the lake home is wonderful...looks right out onto scenic part of the lake....quiet at times, and active at others...We really enjoyed the use of the pontoon boat and explored quite a bit with the kayaks. The home was well equipped (kitchen especially) and the laundry facilities were an asset. Our elderly family members enjoyed sitting on raised porch and watching lake activities, while the younger enjoyed water sports. Would love to return to this property one day!

We had two families stay for the week with all adult children. The men wanted to fish so the access to the pontoon with the rental property was a bonus. The large yard was perfect for games with a fire pit for sā€™mores. The deck was nice for sitting and looking at the lake. Kayaks and paddle board was used daily. The house was very clean and spacious. We were able to have meals together in the kitchen and played games together inside in the evening. We brought all the food and drinks for the week. The recommendation of Cottage Inn Pizza was a hit for the last night of our stay. We will definitely book again.

We loved coming back to this lake house. The views of the lake are beautiful and we enjoyed all the updates done to the house. Perfect view of the lakeā€™s fireworks and lovely sandy bottom swim area made this trip memorable. Our girls loved the yard to fly kites. Highly recommend you stay here!

The cleanest property I've ever stayed at, not a spec of dust in sight. Beautiful kitchen, majestic views of the lake; we saw the reflection of the sunset one day and it was absolutely stunning. My group of 7 (including 4 kids under 10) had a wonderful time playing games (foosball in the basement was a big hit) and staying in together.

A beautiful and clean cottage welcomed us for Thanksgiving on the lake! We greatly appreciated the kitchen to cook and open space for our kids to play. Even in the snow and cold outside, this cottage was a cozy and fantastic stay. Looking forward to coming back in the summer!
