* This home is nestled on a cliff, 4 stories high with open staircases and low railings. Please note that it may not be suitable for young children. Children must be supervised at all times especially around patio balconies and stairs *

* The entry floor (3rd floor) is where you will discover the primary suite. This bedroom offers a king size bed which faces toward expansive windows that offer sparkling lake views that are sure to give you the peacefulness you desire. The Primary suite comes with it's own heat and AC controls, built-in dresser drawers, bathroom with tiled shower and his and her vanity sinks.

* The main living area (2nd floor) offers one-of-a-kind views, with floor to ceiling windows and skylights making you feel like you are outdoors. With a dining table that seats 6, fireplace and large sectional for the whole family to gather. A gourmet kitchen complete with everything you could want, ready for you to cook up your favorite meal. A pantry, powder bath and deck are also located on this floor.

* The bottom floor (1st floor) is where you will find 2 guest rooms both with King sized beds and walk in closets. A full bathroom with tub and shower, fully stocked laundry room, hot tub with large deck, and outdoor swings are also on this level.

* The top floor (4th floor) is located by a staircase in the Primary Suite. There you will find a private work space with built-in desk, wireless keyboard and wifi. The sitting area in the loft is the perfect place to relax with a blanket and good book. This floor has an additional loft style bedroom with 2 twin beds, smart TV and private room temperature control with AC and heat. (Please note this loft bedroom is only accessible through a staircase in the Primary suite, it also looks down into the Primary shower area)
