Each bedroom is designed for comfort, with plush bedding and modern amenities. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a king and queen bed and its own private bath.

High-speed Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs ensure you stay connected and entertained, while the washer and dryer add to the convenience. Take a walk to downtown Cocoa Beach, with so many options for restaurants, bars and shops, you can count on leaving your car parked during your whole stay. Or go on a short drive to the Kennedy Space Center to witness the history of NASA or visit the Brevard Zoo, approximately 25 minutes away for an unforgettable animal experience. This also makes a great spot for a pre and post cruise destination. With everything that we offer in our beachfront townhome, you're guaranteed to experience the perfect vacation.



Getting Around:

The beach and many restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance and Lyft and Uber are prevalent in our area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
