It was a great base to explore the beaches on the north western coast and was a five minute drive to markets for anything you need in Coco, restaurants and the beach. It is stocked with all the supplies you would require for cooking and grilling, which we did every day. "The house was perfect for our party of 4 with a beautiful view of the bay. We would definitely stay here again the house was very clean and well stocked. Communication with Rich Coast was very responsive. We were even treated to seeing the monkeys come through one evening. The one thing I would suggest is to put up a curtain in the shower window in the bath off the kitchen so you can have a bit of privacy from the back deck sitting area other than that, everything was great!"

"Wonderful giant house. Several separated rooms allowing our large family to split up and have our own space. Two rooms were outside down a stairs and had separate kitchenette. She helped during a power outage and helped find a taxi cab for an adventure to Hermosa one day. As other reviews have mentioned, some locals will use the grass in front of the property for picnics but our experience was they were all very friendly.
