The beach is near by and you are only about 6 kms from Playas del Coco where you can find live music, souvenir shops, dancing, restaurants and a beautiful beach line.

This property is currently available at a lower rate due to scheduled maintenance beginning in April. While the space remains fully functional and comfortable, some areas may be in transition as improvements are made. This temporary adjustment in pricing reflects the ongoing work to enhance the property for future stays
-This is a non smoking unit. If you smoke, your deposit will be forfeited. Also, you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor.

- No pets are allowed in the house.

- No parties or events are allowed.

- Please rinse sand in the outside shower before entering the condominium and/or showering inside.

- No glass or food is allowed in the common pool area.

- Please, deposit toilet paper inside the can.

- Please do not use the drain stopper in the main bathroom tub, as it is not working and may cause leaks. Use the tub only as a shower, ensuring the drain remains open at all times.

- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium.

- On rentals over one week there is a $100 cap on electricity, so please be kind with ACs and the use of light. Think green!
