"The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They lent us umbrellas for us to use while we stayed there because of the weather conditions. They gave us information on the best places to eat and made us feel at home. While the hotel is not a luxury resort, I was pleasantly surprised how big the hotel room was. It had a separate kitchen and couch and the outside patio was very large with furniture and a hammock. Will definitely stay again if we make it back to Costa Rica. "

"Fabulous stay in Pacifico. Unit is perfectly situated near the main pool complex and the pool bar. The unit itself was clean and spacious. The separate Pacifico Beach Club on the water is a huge plus with separate pools, beach and great restaurant. We had a car, which we needed for excursions, but not if you are just staying in Coco, as nearly everything is walkable.Communication with the property manager was good, especially when the safe wasn't operable when we first checked in, and they...

"It was a great place to stay. It was clean and well maintained. It was a nice location, and the price was great. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The walk to the beach was a couple minutes more than we thought, but it wasn't bad at all. The owner was quick to communicate, and gave us all the information we needed. We would stay there again."

"The condo is located a block and a half from the beach and 10-15 minute walk to restaurants/shops. Although the kitchen appeared to be well equipped for cooking we usually ate out. There are a couple of nice looking TVs, but we never used them. The a/c units cooled the condo quickly. The pool is wonderful and is cleaned everyday! All in it was a great value and we would love to stay here again!"

"Great Condo in Coco just minutes from the beach. The property was very clean and in a gated community. There are tons of easily accessible pools right near the condo. The condo itself was clean and cool. The washer/dryer in unit was huge at the end of our trip. Ilya was super kind and very communicative. "

"Pros: Well stocked which is very helpful when traveling. Included: coffee, paper towels, plenty of dishes and cookware, laundry detergent (a huge plus for us!), plenty of bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bedding. Everything for a comfortable stay. Also, proximity to the beach. A very short walk and there you are! Cons: noisy a few nights out of 6 for us, some ants (not a huge deal). Overall a great vacation rental!"

"The initial advertisement was slightly misleading as it gave the impression of one large house. We found out that the property actually consists of three buildings, one had a bed and bath, the second had 4 bedrooms and two baths, and the third had kitchen/dining space. This wasn't an issue for us and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at Al Garete! There is also a separate house on the property where the caretaker lives. They did not speak any English but we were able to use phone translators to...

"We stayed 4 nights at Buena Vista. We enjoyed having the space with a toddler to be able to move freely in a house rather than a hotel. The view is amazing and the room are spacious. "
