"This location was PERFECT! The unit was super cute and spectacularly clean. An easy bicycle ride to either beach. I loved that I had an assigned covered parking place….that was a bonus! The host communicated by text and was available if needed. All the how-to’s were made into videos to make things super easy (how to find the unit, how to operate the locks, tv’s, thermostat, etc)It truly became my home away from home while I was there!"

"The property was super clean with high end furnishings. There was lots of natural light & pretty views. Everything was in good working order and looked fresh. The location is close to North beach. We felt a few more mixing bowls, a big enough cookie sheet for pizza, and a few more kitchen items would have been helpful. But we probably cook more than most people do on vacay. "I've stayed in a lot of VRBO properties in my life, but none that had the charm that this place had. We loved it! It's in a great locatioin with beach access just a very short walk away and is also near to restaurants. It's also a very short drive to Savannah from there. Ted the property owner was very responsive and so easy to deal with. The next time we visit Tybee Island, we will definitely book here again!"

"Very rare you can rate a place 5 stars, but this place deserves it. We had a slight hiccup with the check in process but even at midnight the host showed up and got us in! This place is different than other rental properties. A beautifully and thoughtfully decorated renovated historic home with all the creature comforts you need. Visited Savannah with a friend and my 6 year old son. I appreciated the ability to park off the street and had it not been raining we would have been able to walk to...

"Excellent option for a stay near the Historic Distric. Safe, beautiful and quiet area. Only downside was that the TV set is a bit old, so we couldn't access our own streaming services (Netflix) Other than that, top notch experience."
