"Our host Gary was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a beautiful classic building. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely return!"

"Lovely"

"The loft was beautiful in terms of aesthetic but did have some problems with cleanliness, as the room had many flies upon entry and continued to have flies throughout the weekend. The tv in the room also did not work but thankfully there was a projector screen that did, there was also visible mold in the bathroom toilet. Lastly, the staff kindly left me and my friend complimentary bathrobes to be used, however 1 of the robes had mold spores on the sleeve (seen in the pictures attached) therefore...

"Need to ask for room on upper floor Good breakfast"

"Estadia Ok, standard hotel. Quartos grandes e limpos. Cafe da manhã rapido, sem grandes variedades porem atende bem para os dias de viagem"

"Loved this property. The Keurig was not working in room #16 but three Dunkins within short distance. 9.99 out of 10"

"-If you’re disabled, this isn’t the place for you…there is no elevator. The staff isn’t accommodating and won’t put you on the first floor. -If you like to shower, this not the place for you…multiple different guests, were coming to the front desk, complaining of not having any hot water to shower with; I couldn’t believe, the person at the front desk told the guests, that there was nothing she could do, she was going to call her manager. Guests, who had events to attend, competitions, etc.,all...

"This hotel is beautiful, very well maintain and clean. The staff were all so nice and helpful from the front desk, maintance, housekeeping and the breakfast servers. The breakfast buffet was just amazing every single day with something for everyone. The waffles are just wonderful. Thank you to all the staff for your wonderful hospitality."

"Good stay"

"The hotel was in a quiet location it was maintained and clean . The staff was friendly and helpful especially the desk staff , Heather on days and Robin on the night shift were very engaging and helpful. The cleaning crew were adequate although simple mistakes were made as not replacing towels and face cloths and not replacing coffee and the creamer/ sugars when depleted. The gym was basic but had a decent amount of machines and a cable work out machine. The pool ( which I didn't use) was...

"The staff was super friendly and the hotel was easy access to local attractions, however the cleanliness inside the hotel and the rooms we were displeased with."

"Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!"

"Hotel excelente!!! Quarto espaçoso, limpo e confortável; café da manhã delicioso. O hotel possui uma área externa onde ligam uma fogueira e você pode tomar um vinho e apreciar o por do sol e o lago que fica na frente. Muito aconchegante! Pena que só ficamos uma noite."

"Great staff. Smell so good and local is very clean."

"Pool was great as was the breakfast but the bathroom floor needed a good cleaning!"
