We appreciated the quiet community and enjoyed walking and biking in the neighborhood. The unit was pretty much as described in the listing and photos, however a few items needed repair. "The mattress was quite mushy and when I moved (I am 5'4" and 120) the bed frame squeaked. The little fridge motor was also loud and kept me awake at night. A dark room for sure but an enjoyable stay."
