Coras Desert Dream, a spacious single story 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom (1898 square foot) 2-car garage home is centrally located in the beautiful city of Coachella. Location: We are a pleasant 2 mile walk to the Empire Polo Fields, where the Coachella Music Festival and The Stagecoach Music Festival are held every year. The home is only 3.5 miles from El Dorado Polo Club, 5 miles from the Desert International Horse Park, 8 miles from the Thermal Club, and 8 miles from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden! Prefer to Golf? We are in close proximity to many iconic golf courses, including PGA West in La Quinta only 6 miles away, where the American Express PGA tour is held every January. Need a place to stay with your family and friends for desert wedding venues? We are less than 2 miles from The Old Polo Estate and other upscale wedding venues nestled in the Coachella Valley. Headed to the Desert to see a favorite artist at Acrisure Arena? We are a quick 20 minute drive/ride from the venue! This new community is quiet and safe with ample parking (garage/driveway/street). KITCHEN: Well-equipped w/ refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and detergent, dishware/flatware, stove/oven, variety of cooking basics, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, pizza pans, wine glasses and a variety of other beverage glassware, wine and beer bottle openers, etc.
GENERAL: Keyless entry, linens/towels provided, complimentary toiletries, central A/C, washer & dryer w/ detergent, hair dryer(s), hangers, iron/ironing board, and trash bags/toilet paper/paper towels provided. All new appliances. Backyard Grill/Air Fryer, Fire-pit, comfortable outdoor seating and outdoor dining to fit all your needs. Sit back, relax, and enjoy! • Small Dog to be considered for an additional fee: We welcome one small dog weighing under 20 pounds. Sorry, cats are not permitted at this time.
    •    Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $40 per night stay will be added to the reservation. If your stay is longer we offer a flat fee of $200 for a 7 night stay; $500 for a month long stay.
    •    Leashed on Property: your dog must be kept on a leash when outside the property, in areas where pets are allowed.
    •    No Unattended Pets: your pet should never be left unattended and loose inside the home for extended periods (e.g., more than 2 hours). Consider dog-sitting services or arrangements if needed. Please utilize your own personal kennel to ensure your pet does not freely roam the home when not supervised.
    •    Furniture and Bedding: Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds, except where specific pet bedding is utilized at the responsibility of the pet owner.
    •    Housebroken and Well-behaved: your pet must be housebroken and well-behaved, with no history of aggression.
    •    Cleanup: Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets and ensuring the home remains clean and tidy- inside and outside. Please pick up all pet waste in yard and place in outdoor trash cans. Pet owner is expected to bring their own pet waste bags and dispose of waste properly.
    •    Backyard Areas: no pets to be left unattended in the backyard. Yard has sensitive cactus plant species that could be harmful to your pets. Please remember to leash your pet while walking in backyard to avoid these desert plants as urine can also cause damage.
    •    Damage Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets and will be charged accordingly.
