At check-in, reception staff called Victoria was not very welcome and did not seem keen on relocating us to another room (the one given to us was on a lower level and the lift was out of order). I was with a 1 year old child, pregnant and had heavy suitcases, however she insisted there's was nothing she could do to help, treated us poorly and did not seem to care. "Property was okay, only reason it doesn’t get a 5 or 4 is that it’s a bit too expensive for what you get. Room type was not available but check with n. Person sorted it smoothly 👍😀. Breakfast was mad busy and not big enough for the amount of people, it was limited but very tasty. Bed was super comfy though. Again nothing in particular inherently wrong just a bit too expensive"
"Lodges and hot tubs were fantastic . Just be aware, expedias check in times differ from that of herons , also you need to know they ask for a £60 returnable deposit when you arrive."
"Nice setting and very clean. Unfortunately, the property wasn't equipped for the hot weather. Luckily, we brought our own fan, as the place became very warm. For the price we paid, I would have expected at least a couple of fans to be provided. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but this is something that could definitely be improved."
