Guest Verification & Building Requirements

To comply with building security policies, all reservations are subject to the following verification steps:

Primary guest must complete a criminal background check through our secure partner, Authenticate (link provided after booking)

A valid government-issued ID is required for every guest staying at the property

All Guests must upload a clear image of photo ID's before check-in so we can register occupants with the building

Both the background check and ID submission are required to receive check-in instructions

If a guest does not pass the background check or chooses not to complete the verification process, they must cancel their reservation and we will issue a full refund.
