As for the house, extremely clean (we visited in August), very well taken care. The owner does have two rental on the house - we were confused when we arrived but I called and they explained right away. Zero noise, beautiful neighborhood, walkable to a cute wine bar with live music. My only notice was the bathroom towels are extremely small (and we are small people)...

"Clean, quiet, and cozy, perfect for solo travelers or a couple. Had everything I needed, and then some. Eclectic and creative decor, yet practical at the same time, like a boutique feel. Owners were quick to respond, and extremely kind in accommodating my request for a modified arrival, (which I didn’t wind up needing, but it was relief to have that ability. I came when it was dark, so, bring a flashlight or use your phone to navigate, it was blissfully starry and welcoming with patio lights...

"Everything about this rental was perfect from start to finish. Jon and Rachelle's pre-stay communications were friendly and clear, so check-in was easy and straightforward. The location was exactly what we hoped for -- within very easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping. "This was the perfect base for all the adventures I had planned in Sedona. The host clearly laid out all details and communicated wonderfully. There were no surprises. The bed was the softest, most luxurious mattress you could find. There is a tv, which I was pleasantly surprised about. I hope to return and stay here again. It was a wonderful deal.
