"The hotel was in a great location to meet my needs and offered a great breakfast. I liked the fact that it was next to a walking trail, as well as stores and restaurants. However, when I checked in I was told by Jonathan that my parking fee would be waived due to a mixed up and the fact that I signed up as a rewards member. However, I was charged for parking!"

"If you are staying in Cincinnati, this is the hotel to book a reservation. It is immaculate, smartly decorated, and the staff are wonderful! We received a complementary welcome drink at the rooftop bar and a delicious free breakfast off the menu. Our dinner at the restaurant was superb. We had the pork chop, and the salmon dish and both were perfectly prepared. We highly recommend The Celare."

The solution was to park at the movie theater across the street. There were 5 empty EV spots available, so I used one of those. The lady at the desk was very apathetic and not very hospitable.
