"My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream. "I stayed for a wedding, this was the bride’s room block. The hotel was nice, the rooms were fine but very sterile, no character. The floors in the rooms were vinyl and so it was very echoey. The bathroom door was steel, it felt like I was in a hospital. There also weren’t normal hotel amenities like q tips and a shower cap, but there was a kitchen and plenty of tools.
